This is a popular self fertile variety of Apricot most suitable for English gardens. It can be grown in various forms either as a standard tree or a fan or espalier but is most successful in a sunny position.The fruit which can ripen as early as August are quite juicy with a deep golden orange flesh and yellow to golden orange skin.

EARLY MOORPARK APRICOT TREE-Prunus Arneniaca EARLY MOORPARK
The Early Moorpark Apricot tree is considered to be the most popular variety for planting in English gardens, it has also been given the RHS Award of Garden Merit. The succulent sweet fruits of the Early Moorpark Apricot have a deep orange juicy flesh which can be ripe as early as August. The skin is an attractive yellow with an orange tinge and red spots. This variety of Apricot tree can be grown as a freestanding tree in a sheltered sunny spot but is probably best grown as a fan shaped tree against a sunny south facing wall.
POLLINATION: Early Moorpark is a self fertile Apricot tree requiring no others to pollinate.
