LAPINS (CHEROKEE) CHERRY TREE (DESSERT)-Prunus Avium LAPINS

The Lapins Cherry tree is one of the most versatile of all Cherry trees the enormous fruits which are a dark red almost black in colour have a truly exceptional flavour. The cherries from the Lapins Cherry tree can be picked and eaten straight from the tree in early July but are equally suitable for using in pies and jams as they retain both appearance and flavour. This cherry tree prefers to be grown in full sun.

POLLINATION: Lapins (Cherokee) is a self fertile Cherry tree therefore requires no pollination but can help to pollinate other varieties..

We supply Lapins as one year old (maiden)-link to plant size guide bare rooted Cherry trees grafted onto Colt semi-dwarfing rootstock which will make a tree with an ultimate height of 12-15ft.

We recommend using Bone Meal and Rootgrow to give your new Cherry tree a good start, these can be found on the left hand menu.Order any mix or combination of fruit trees in same size to qualify for multibuy discounts.
