This variety of peach produces the largest of the yellow fleshed fruit in the UK. The late arrival of the amazing pink blossoms means that the frosts are missed and the fruiting season is extended. The luscious fruits are very striking with orange skin and reddish bloom.

ROCHESTER (DESSERT) PEACH TREE-Prunus persica ROCHESTER
The Rochester Peach tree originated in the USA early in the 20th Century it is the largest and most reliable of all the yellow fleshed varieties of Peach tree grown in the UK. The Rochester has stunning pink blossom which appears late thereby missing the frosts and produces the fruits over a long season which adds to its popularity. The Rochester has well flavoured fruits which have orange skin with a reddish flush and yellow sweet juicy flesh. The RHS have given the Garden of Merit award to this Peach tree.
POLLINATION: Rochester is a self fertile variety of Peach tree and therefore requires no other pollinators.
