The Sylvan is an early fruiting variety of blackberry with plentiful large purple black fruits which have a wonderful flavour, care needs to be taken however when harvesting as the stems are quite thorny.

Silvan (Early Season) The vigorous large dark fruits have an excellent flavour. It is a thorny plant and the fruit can be soft so requires careful handling when picking in early July. Plant 6-7ft apart.
