Calculate the number of plants you need for a hedge
This large evergreen shrub makes an excellent fast growing dense hedge, tolerant of shade and poor soil. Medium sized dark green leaves and fragrant white flowers in summer. Suitable for hedges 3-10ft. Plant 12-18ins apart or for a really thick hedge plant staggered double rows 18 inches between plants and 15 inches between rows. Bare rooted plants will often shed their leaves after planting but will re-leaf early the following spring.
