This small round headed deciduous native tree produces very pretty clusters of white flowers often tinged with pink. The yellow/green crabapples are popular for jelly making. Unsuitable for wet sites.

Small deciduous native tree. The common crabapple makes a small round headed tree with mid green leaves and clustesr of white or pink tinged flowers, these are followed by yellowish green crabapples suitable for jelly making.
