To assist you promptly with the replacement of any failed plants covered by our guarantee, please provide the following information:

  • Complete the claim form in full, ensuring all required fields are accurately filled.
  • Upload approximately three clear photographs (please do not submit videos) showing:
    • The entire planting row and
    • The surrounding area and
    • A close-up of the affected plants

This will enable us to assess the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution and how best we can help you.

We aim to get back to you within 10 working days.

Please note under the plant guarantee we will replace like for like plants from your original order or a credit equivalent; delivery charges will apply for all replacement orders. We do not offer refunds under our guarantee.
