Guaranteed to Grow Claim Form

To assist you promptly with the replacement of any failed plants covered by our guarantee, please provide the following information:

  • Complete the claim form in full, ensuring all required fields are accurately filled.
  • Upload three clear photographs (please do not submit videos) showing:
    • The entire planting row and
    • The surrounding area and
    • A close-up of the affected plants

This will enable us to assess the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution and how best we can help you.

We aim to get back to you within 10 working days.

Under the plant guarantee we will replace like for like plants from your original order or a credit equivalent; delivery charges will apply for all replacement orders. We do not offer refunds under our guarantee.

We do not replace plants where it is clear from the photos that they have not been properly cared for – this would include but is not limited to; watering, keeping them free of weeds and mulching as in our planting guidelines. Where the photos you submit do clearly show a lack of aftercare we may (at our discretion) offer replacemnts at half price.

While we are of course always pleased to offer advice at any time, we do not determine guarantee claims for seasonal plants (Bare Roots and Root Balls) until the end of June after planting so the plants have a fair chance of getting re-established (which usually happens).
