Bergenia Angel Kiss Ground Cover
Bergenia Angel Kiss (Elephants Ears)
A charming new variety of Bergenia, strong and compact stems bear sprays of bell shaped flowers in spring, white with just a hint of pink at first before darkening to pale pink. Beautifully architectural large deep green ground smothering foliage that turns to hues of red in the cold weather.
Bergenia Angel Kiss is an undemanding plant, perfect for low maintenance evergreen gound cover in most situations. Once well established the plants are very drought tolerant and will grow into steadily increasing clumps.
As a rough guide planting Bergenia Angel Kiss as ground cover – 4 plants per square metre is adequate with a little patience, 6 will give better coverage and 9-12 will make a weed supressing carpet very quickly.
