Carex Comans Bronze (New Zealand Hair Sedge)
An enchanting little tuft forming evergreen grass, hair-like arching mounds of fine bronze foliage that stay all year. This plant is perfect for creating low movement at the front of borders, softening the edge of paving and gives the opportunity for wonderful foliage contrast with other ground cover plants. They are also suited to rockeries and make a lovely planted all-year container, either on their own or with other flower or foliage plants.
Carex Comans Bronze is very easy to grow, they are suited to well drained or poorly drained soils in sun or partial shade and once established, need hardly any maintenance.

Carex Comans Bronze is an evergreen grass, they need very little maintenance other than a ‘comb’ through the old foliage removing dead leaves in late winter before growth begins again in Spring.
