Pleached Caucasica Laurel trees are a great choice where the high-level privacy that only an evergreen species can provide is required. The Caucasian Laurel has longer, narrower leaves than the Common or Cherry Laurel and a more upright habit of growth. The foliage is a lustrous dark green and looks immaculate in all seasons, often shining and catching the light.
These pleached Caucasica Laurel trees are suitable for most soil types, they dislike chalky soil (where our pleached Portugal Laurel trees would be a better choice) but are suitable for all other soil types that do not become waterlogged.
As with most evergreen hedging and screening plants, our pleached Caucasica Laurel trees are best trimmed in Autumn when growth has finished, or in late Spring before the plants come into growth. These beautifully architectural plants will bring permanent evergreen structure (and a touch of class!) to your garden and yet they are very low maintenance.

Further Information about Caucasica Laurel
Because of the size of our pleached Caucasica Laurel trees (they are too tall for any courier delivery service!) all our Pleached Trees are delivered by our own transport, direct to you straight from our nursery. We usually use our own Land Rover and trailer and will always call you to arrange a mutually convenient day first. Delivery is still free for these beautiful trees but as they require a more bespoke approach to delivery and we do need a minimum order of £1500 (ex VAT) to cover our costs. (We can often deliver smaller orders with a contribution towards delivery, please do call our sales team on 01580 765600 or take a look at our delivery page)
