This beautiful Californian Lilac erupts with masses of bright blue flower clusters in late spring and early summer, held against the attractive glossy green foliage. Vigorous growth maturing into a shrub of 100cm high x 200cm wide after 10 years making this more of a tall ground cover or handsome flowering space filler for sunny beds and borders.
