Choisya Apple Blossom (Choisya X dewitteana Apple Blossom) Mexican Orange Blossom.

A wonderful new Choisya, Apple Blossom is the first variety to have two tone flowers – the white flowers open from deep pink buds and are pink on the reverse, gradually fading to white. Like all Choisya this is a handsome evergreen plant with glossy dark green leaves that are delicate and finely divided, a little like Choisya Aztec Pearl. This is a great little shrub that will flower in April and May, and often again in August and September, even when out of flower the neat evergreen foliage brings structure to your garden and acts as a foil for other plants.

Use Choisya Apple Blossom as a beautiful space filler in beds and borders, in larger pots on a patio or seating area or as  a special evergreen hedge, this is a shrub of upright habit that is perfect for the purpose. (This is a new variety but as a hedge we think it could be maintained at 80-120cm).

Choisya Apple Blossom is best grown in full sun or partial shade, in a moist but well drained soil. They are easy to grow making this a good choice for many situations, and they also grow well by the sea.

How to grow Choisya Apple Blossom
